A construction project is a big investment. We design to achieve the careful balance between initial cost and long term costs. The goal is to design and construct a building that is the best value possible.

The initial cost is important, but the long term cost of operating a building over its lifetime is typically 5 times the one time cost of its construction.
“The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of lower price is forgotten.” Benjamin Franklin
